We take your photos and create an exciting DVD of video memories. Have your custom made keepsake DVD produced and edited by media experts. Creating custom DVD slideshows from your pictures with music,  motion and captions. You won’t have to worry that your video montage DVD slide show is just another boring slideshow that goes from one picture to the next. Daniel SenyMobile DJ – DJ Contract

AGREEMENT made this ____ day of __________, 20__, by and between _______________________________________, hereinafter referred to as the Client, andDaniel SenyMobile DJ, hereinafter referred to as the DJ.

WITNESSETH

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and the agreements herein contained and intending to be legally bound hereby, the Parties do agree as follows:

1. The Client hereby engages the DJ to provide a DJ Service. The service to be performed at Event Location:

2.Daniel SenyMobile DJ hereby agrees to provide a DJ Service for the Client at the above-mentioned location.

3. The said DJ Service shall consist primarily of providing musical entertainment by means of a recorded music format and emcee/announcement services

4.Daniel SenyMobile DJ hereby agrees to render his professional services and is at all times to have complete control of his program.

5. The Parties hereby agree that the DJ Service shall be provided and accepted on the following date(s) and time(s) of the engagement:

INITIALS

_____A minimum non-refundable retainer fee of 50%is required to secure the function date and is applied to

total amount contracted. No date is reserved until a retainer fee is received and this contract filled out

and signed. The balance to be paid BEFORE the event start time.

____Client pays for total amount as stated in contract, not less than the contracted amount should the

event end early.

____If Client needs to cancel, a written notice of (90) ninety days prior to event must be given. Failure to

do so may result in client paying the balance of the contract due because of the high probability that

Daniel Seny Mobile DJ will not be able to further book that date. Once balance is paid, it is nonrefundable.

____Daniel Seny will be your DJ at your event. In the extreme case Daniel Seny cannot perform due to

illness or injury, a comparable DJ will be arranged. If a substitute DJ cannot be found, Daniel Seny’s

only liability will be limited to the refunding of any monies paid by the client.

____Daniel Seny Mobile DJ will make every effort to play all requests and perform all activities but cannot

guarantee they will all be done.

____Client will provide an approx. 6 foot covered table with at least one 20 amp-power supply. If setup is

outdoors, a covered area will be provided.

____Client is responsible for providing parking for the DJ as nearby to event as possible including any

parking fees.

____Daniel Seny Mobile DJ assumes no liability for the actions of any guests or third party individuals

during the event listed above. If any guests use threatening behavior towards Daniel Seny Mobile DJ,

they have the right to stop the music until the situation is under control.

____Daniel Seny Mobile DJ will set a level of volume at the request of the client and will not be liable for

any noise disturbance in the surrounding area.

____The individual or organization represented below assumes all responsibility for physical damage to

the mobile equipment caused by client, guest, or third parties. Electronic malfunctions remain the

responsibility of Daniel Seny Mobile DJ.

____Daniel Seny Mobile DJ is not responsible for any accidents or injuries caused by the music, lighting,

or any DJ equipment owned by Daniel Seny Mobile DJ.

This agreement guarantees thatDaniel SenyMobile DJ will be ready to perform at the start time of the engagement. No guarantee is made as toDaniel SenyMobile DJ time of arrival; however,Daniel SenyMobile DJ requests that they be permitted 60 minutes before the engagement and 60 minutes after the engagement for setup and takedown.

Daniel SenyMobile DJ also requests ramp or elevator access between the parking/service entrance and the setup area. If the venue requires setup or takedown in less time, or if equipment must be carried up stairs or lifted onto a stage to reach the setup area, additional labor will be charged at the rate of $50.00. If Client or venue requiresDaniel SenyMobile DJ to complete setup more than one hour before the start time, or to postpone takedown more than hour after the end time indicated, the additional time will be charged at the rate of $50.00 per half-hour.
